What's expected

• 1 Complete all 9 sections — customer info, utility & billing, main panel, roof & site, HVAC, energy usage, goals, and your sign-off.
• 2 Capture every required photo (utility bill, panel closed/open, meter, roof faces, HVAC units) — the sample framing shown in each step is what the office needs to work from.
• 3 Keep field notes factual — observed conditions only, no assumptions about sizing, cost, or root cause.
• 4 Submit before you leave the site. Submissions go straight to the office for review.
